Pre-paid formula
To meet your needs, Rambla offers flexible pre-paid Credit Packs. These credits can be used for different services (streaming on demand/live, storage, transcoding, extra statistics, ...) and are valid one year after purchase date. This way, you have the flexibility to choose the service you need, when you need it: pay what you use. An automated email alert will notify you when you are about to run out of credits.
Post-paid formula
If you don't want the hassle of placing orders for new credits, we offer an alternative to the pre-paid formula. At the end of every month you receive an invoice with an overview of your consumption for the past month and the billing total. For large volumes discounts to the prices listed below apply.

Credits Rationale
- Storage: first GB is free, extra storage is charged at a rate that depends on total storage consumption.
- Transcoding: Higher resolutions, other formats and codecs that lead to a more intensive CPU-usage result in more credits to be used for one transcoding, baseline is 1 Credit for 1 min. 512*384, 2 pass H.264, 2 pass AAC.
- Dedicated Statistics: activation of dedicated statistic filters to get detailed statistics of specific files or folders, sub-accounts, ...
Announcement: after October 1st, 2010 we will also be charging credits for each unit of 10,000 hits (download, 1 credit) or RTMP events (streaming, 0.5 credit) in order to make our prices represent the actual "server load" more accurately.
Rambla Web Services
Customers are allowed to use Rambla Web Services (= RAWS) without a subscription fee of any kind. You only pay for what you use:
- For data transfer, the monthly total of all RAWS traffic is charged at € 0,3/GB (= 3 credits).
- Requests are currently free. They will be costing € 0,3 per 10,000 requests (= 3 credits) after October 1st, 2010. The first 1,000 monthly requests remain free.

Note: RASS requests made from RATS (import/export of files) are also metered and charged, as are all RAWS request that result from your use of the Rambla Control Panel.
